Pinebrook Kindercare has been our girls home away from home for over 4 years now. The director and all of the staff are incredibly genuine in every interaction, super friendly but professional. Teachers truly care about your children. Any concerns or questions are taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner. We have been using this center since our first born was 7 months old. I could probably write a novel about just how much I love this place. It doesn't have the cheapest daycare rates, but when it comes to my girls, and finding a place that I can trust take care of them, I am more than willing to pay for the extra attention and responsibility of this place.

Immediately during our interview to choose a daycare, the staff welcomed us. The teachers continue to convey information well and nurture their relationships with the children. I am encouraged to see the pictures of activities and receive crafts to take home.

This place is the best of the best! My grandchildren attend this location and we have never been dissatisfied. We absolutely love the director Mrs. Tami. She is always so loving and helpful. The teachers are amazing. Ms. Ruby is unequivocally the best teacher around. She has been there quite some time as she was my own children’s teacher at one point. If you are looking for a clean, safe and loving environment, this is the place. We would go nowhere else!

Absolutely love everything about Pinebrook KinderCare. As a first time mom during a crazy pandemic they made my child feel safe and made me feel better about leaving him! They care so much about my son. They always keep me up to date with new milestones my little one is taking! Each morning at drop offs everyone says hello! It just makes you feel better about leaving your baby with such kind people. The director Tami, is so generous and will do anything to help you and your little one. If you were considering Pinebrook KinderCare I say go for it you won’t regret it!

I can not say enough positive things about this center. I started my son here two months ago. He is our first born and our pride and joy, my husband and I were very apprehensive about daycares in general. My husband was very against the idea but due to being a duel income house hold I had to go back to work and we needed care for our child. From the moment we walked in I was met with a pleasant smile and reinsurance from Sydney who guided us through our tour. She was extremely knowledgeable and brought us so much comfort that our son was going to be in a good place. The morning I dropped off on our first day was a little different than I imagined but to be honest all of 2020 is a bit different than we all expect! The teachers met me at the door to the nursery and paid the at most attention to my child making sure his needs were met (emotionally and physically). I absolutely love Ana, Aly, and Heather they are the sweetest girls and give my son so much love and he absolutely looks forward to seeing them.Now after two months of care I know I made the right choice choosing PineBrook Kindercare.
